Maple Leaf Alberta Projects supports the Maple Leaf Centre - Klenovi Lyst.
The Maple Leaf Centre will provide a safe and caring environment for abused, neglected, and orphaned youth with nowhere else to go. Those freed from Human Trafficking will find refuge there. Vocational Training will provide a future and direction to these teens and prevent them from being deceived into the Sex Trade and other Slave Worker traps advertised by foreigners.

We are excited to invite you to our First Luncheon and Silent Auction. We are delighted that Victor Malarek, CTV W5 Journalist, will be our guest speaker. He released two books, The Natashas and The Johns, and speaks relentlessly to raise awareness of Human Trafficking. Funds raised at this event will go to the Maple Leaf – Klynovi Lyst Safe House in Stoyaniv, Ukraine.
We need new items for the Silent Auction, and financial donations for renovations to the Safe House.
The Silent Auction will take place on Sunday, October 18 at St. Andrew’s Cultural Complex, 9831 –75 St., Edmonton, 12:00 P.M. Luncheon 1:00 PM.

Name Change:
On July 7, 2009 we chose the name Maple Leaf Alberta Projects from Pochaiv Klenovi Lyst (Maple Leaf ) Project. Many know us as the Pochaiv Safe House Project based on our first assistance to an orphanage in the Pochaiv area near Lviv, Ukraine.
We are affiliated with Nashi – Our Children in Saskatoon, SK. who initiated the Maple Leaf Centre – Klenovi Lyst in Stoyaniv, Ukraine. Please check: http://nashi.ca/projects.html
Your generosity is highly appreciated!
